A Study on Distribution of Latic Dehydrogenase Isoenzymes in Pregnant Womens Urine

Abstract
|
|
|
A comparison of LDH isoenzyme pattern has been performed in urine of normal pregnancy, toxemia of pregnancy, threatened abortion, nephritis and cystitis patients with controlled healthy none pregnant, urine by using modified microscopic slide technique of electrophoresis and following results were obtained.
1) LDH zymogram patte.% of controlled none pregnant urine was characterized by relatively strong share of LDH1 and LDH2.
2) LDH isoenzyme pattern of pregnant urine was increased with progression of gestation in fraction of LDH4 and LDH5.
3) In urine of toxemia of pregnancy, cystitis and nephritis patients, LDH isoenzyme pattern of urine was increased in fraction of LDH4 and LDH,.
4) The causes of increasing the value of mean distribute of LDH4 and LDH,faction in urine of pregnant women were discussed.
